Christmas and hogwarts castle

I have never been to Universal at Christmas, my current available dates I can't be there on a Saturday but can be there during week, will all Christmas activities be going on during the week? , like the Macy's parade, Hogwarts castle projection show, the Grinchmas show, I would hate to book a trip and not get to experience all Christmas offerings because I couldn't be there on a Saturday, the week before Christmas was my target week, thanks for any Info.
