One of the benefits (?!?!) of being currently unemployed and living in Orlando is the ability to visit the parks and enjoy the Christmas festivities during the week when it isn't as crowded.

I went to Epcot yesterday and was able to see all of the different Xmas storytellers as well as many other performances.
My personal favorite was Norway and the silly gnome....very cute. Other great "shows" were in Italy ( the good witch), Canada (Father Christmas) and Germany. I only wish they coordinated the times a little better so you didn't need to speed walk from the USA to England and then back to Norway.

Another thing I really enjoyed was a comedy version of Scrooge and Bob "Scratchit" which had some audience participation. Very well done. I saw it in England but I am told they move to other locations during the day and do other shows as well. I guess I will just have to go back next week.:rolleyes1

And last but not least I got to see my all time favorite character (check my avatar). In all the years of going to the park I had never seen EYEORE before !!:goodvibes

Thanks for the heads up on Scrooge - I hadn't heard about that one. Will keep my eyes open for it.

So did you make it to all the storytellers??? What order did you end up doing them? We're going to be in Epcot a couple of days on our trip later this week, and I hope we can make a lot of them. But you're right - the times are sure scattered about!

Hey bawstngrl, we were there yesterday as well. The kids really didn't want to go tho WS until we got to England & Scrooge and Bob "Scratchit" had just began. They love it & want to go back, the also got a kick out of the troll in Norway, DS 3 has a "troll" on his Christmas list.
