When does Disney switch over to Christmas?

The last Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween party is Nov 1st and the first Christmas party is November 8th. So at the very least the Magic Kingdom will have Christmas decorations up by Nov 8th, the resorts might be a little behind, but usually way before thanksgiving.
