I want to book a 2BR at BLT on 12/26 for one week. Are 2BR harder to come by?

I will be booking at the 11 month window.

You shouldn't have any problem at all if booking right at 11 months. Standard View and MK view may still go quickly, but at 11 months you will be fine - and 2BRs are typically not as in demand as Studios and GVs.
