
Welcome - sorry I'm just getting here since you joined. But I'm here and wanted to tell you that I, too, don't think you look that heavy. You have a good plan with what you want to do and getting a workout will really help you along. Keeping at about 1500 calories is a very good idea. If you find after a few weeks that you aren't losing then drop down another 100 or 200 calories. Eventually you will need to drop down some to keep losing. I personally can't wait for that point but that's just me!!!!! (because that will mean I'm still losin!!!)
