I wish I could but I can't think of any rhymes (although I did just watch the Princess Bride a few nights ago ). However, you're post did remind me of this song:

(Sounds like someone wants to clog up their arteries! LOL)

I don't think I have all the words correct, but we sang something like this at GA camp! We sang it in all these funny voices.

First verse regular voice
after this it does get worse.

Fried ham Freid Ham . . .

Second verse baby voice this time a little bit worse

Third verse cowboy voice this time a little bit worse

and so on and so forth.

I do remember loving that song as a kid!

On a serious note, can you please keep me in prayer? I have just realized that for about a year or so I have been running away from God instead of trusting that He will provide for me (D'OH!). I am really worried right now, and would like to have a full-time job. I am finding it very difficult to stay motivated as well. Please keep me in prayer. I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

Second, The Princess Bride is my most favorite movie EVER!!!! I'm sure that Fezzik would like to sing that song with us and could help us make up a ton of verses!

I don't know the Fried Ham song, I never got to go to camp.

I wanted to let you guys know that we made it through the hurricane okay, thank You Jesus! Right now the rain is still falling light and steady and we get the occasional gust of wind as the remainder of the storm continues to pass through. The extent of damage in my neighborhood (mostly my yard!) seems to be a ton of broken tree limbs all over the ground. My car barely escaped the wrath of a falling portion of tree yesterday but lucky for it the fence caught it as it fell. We also have a lot of standing water, about 3-4 inches so not flooded by any means. We were without power for a little over 9 hours yesterday, it was finally restored a little after midnight. Please continue to pray for those who were hit very hard, not only here in Florida but in the Bahamas and other places as well. Now we have Hurricane Ivan sitting out there causing concerns as well. This is certainly turning out to be an eventful hurricane season!

THis is great because I used to sing this song when I was a little girl at camp and we just got back from the camp I used to go to! We were there for a Family Jamboree weekend! Thanks for bringing that memory back Michelle along with all of the memories I got to relive this past weekened! I know some other verses too but I'll wait to see if anyone else knows some more!

Diane, thanks for getting us started on soome fun songs! I didn't know the other camp song but it sounds fun too! I am praying for you right now that God will place His arms of love around you and pull you close to Him. I pray you would be so at home there that you would stay and just draw from Him all that you need! I am invisioning the way a little baby looks up into his/her mother's face amd smiles and feels safe and secure. The baby will grow and become independent. The difference for us is that our EVERYTHING is completely wrapped up in our dependence on our Father. AS a matter of fact our complete freedom is so totally connected to our willingness to surrender to the One who made the ultimate sacrifice for us being glorified in the act of humility that expressed like no one else His great and awesome love for His children! Be His baby and feast on the solid food in His WORD and grow in grace and truth and in wisdom. And the wiser you get the more you'll have to give Him...giving of yourself and giving all that He wants to take from you and reshape into the perfect design He has already desired for you to become! What a marvelous God we serve!!!!
