We have a 2 bed theme park view villa booked at BLT for late August.
Which are the best floors or room numbers to put a request in for?
Our online check in date is close so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

work2play's BLT Villas & Views thread shows a layout of the villas at BLT and many people have posted photos showing the views from many of the villas. I suggest you check out that thread to see for yourself the different views that are available.

Do you have a dedicated two-bedroom view or a lock-off two-bedroom villa? If you have a lock-off, then I recommend you request a villa that ends in xx18/xx20. Those villas have a more direct view of Cinderella's Castle at Magic Kingdom. If you have a dedicated two-bedroom, then villas that end in xx16 or xx22 face a bit more directly toward the Castle. Of course, that's not to say that the other Theme Park Views are bad; its just that I prefer some villas.

Word of advice: Don't rely on the Online Check-in process to make your villa request. Its best to send an email to Member Services with your request. The Online Check-in system offers very limited choices and you can a bit more specific when you email MS with your request.

Its best not to be too specific with your request, such as requesting a specific villa. If that vill is not available on the day you arrive, then the Room Assigner may not know where else to place you. When we stay at BLT in a Theme Park Studio, I email Member Services and usually request "High floor, villa ending in xx18." For our last stay at BLT we got a studio ending in xx18, but we were on the 5th floor.

I would simply ask for a high floor. Otherwise, there isn't much difference in room locations for the theme park views.

We were on the 7th floor, 7709, water view! Very nice image.jpg We went to Top of the World Lounge to watch the Fireworks! Fabulous!

I would ask for high fl north side. We have had both and prefer north side facing mk. You can look up the numbers on the BLT room thread. We had the south side once and while you can still see mk you are actually facing into the CR and have to look to the right for mk. Our north side room was perfect.

Lake view is good too but in my opinion only on the outside of the C. The inside facing rooms have smaller living spaces because they have a large walk in closet storage area. Nice fir storing luggage but we missed the extra few feet in LR and definitely noticed it. Also unless you are in the middle you look directly across the way into the rooms on the other side of the C. We had to sit sideways to look over pool and see lake. Otherwise every night we watched some kid across the way play Xbox. Lol
