Yeah, I was thinking keeping it to 1 credit on the dining plan, but I really wanted to hear people's opinion, and I so appreciate your responseHow do you define "best" use of DDP? Eating the most expensive meal possible or having solid food and a nice experience?
We like Kona and GFC.
Thanks, we are booked at Boma!Boma automatically comes to mind as it's a family favorite. Not sure how to balance the DDP part as we don't use it, but I know Boma is only one credit. Love Cali Grill and Narcoosee's but they are 2 credits.
Thanks, we are booked at Boma!
If you had to choose only one restaurant to go to in all of WDW which one would you choose? Ground rules: Not Victoria and Alberts, keep best use of DDP in mind
Wow, thanks for all the Detail!Depends on my mood and where I am, LOL
Best park restaurant: Chefs de France or Tokyo Dining
Best at Disney Springs: Morimoto Asia at lunch when it's 1 TS; Jaleo for a special meal; Wine Bar George for great wine and a limited but well cooked and presented food menu; Boathouse for steak and seafood and a laid back atmosphere on the water.
On the Boardwalk: Flying Fish. We eat here a lot sometimes more than once in a trip; it's up our alley regarding innovative dishes that are well prepared but still knowing what you are getting, some of the best desserts in and out of the bubble and professional wait staff. Wish they'd open in NYC.
Thanks, great advice!I think I'm kind of different because at Disney the experience/atmosphere is really important for me and above food (yet to find a signature I'd visit again other than CRT). I also would not travel much for food and try to eat where I am (or plan to be).
That said my favourite breakfast is Cape May, and my favourite dinner was Coral Reef. The food in Boma is amazing. If I were staying at AKL I'd have both breakfast and dinner there and at Sanaa and Jiko before going anywhere else.
Excellent, thank you!Coral Reef, 50s prime time, Boma, Sanaa (get the bread service and share an entree), San Angel Inn, ......
I really can't say a restaurant that I don't like. I don't love Ohana, but that is because i hate to see all the wasted food. They bring way too much out.
And, I don't like the desserts at Teppan Edo but the tempura, ribs and main entrees are always good. Oh yea, ,Garden Grill was fun. Too much food again, but DH likes Chip n Dale.
Thank you! Really helpful! It's like you've asked us to choose a favorite child!
For character interaction, we love 1900 Park Fare
For breakfast, Tusker House
For EPCOT dinner, Biergarten
To get us excited at Disney Springs, Ragland Road
