Okay, we're trying (when I say we, I mean I...I'm the one who decides in this family apparently) between O'Hana and Boma. Which would you chose and why? Those attending will be Dad (50), Mom (50), sister (25) and me (21). If you have suggestions...send them my way! :) We've never tried either so I'm really excited to hear what you think. :cheer2:

I could not pick between the two; I would have to do both. I have a PS for both for my upcoming trip.

We love Ohana! However for our trip in May we will be trying Boma instead of Ohana. I'm hoping that we will like it :flower:

I love both places. Take into consideration that you have to get up to get your food at Boma and at Ohana they serve you. Also consider they have hula hoop contests and coconut races during your meal at Ohana. Try both if you can either one is good though.

We go to Boma every trip. The buffet is unbelievable and a little exotic. You'll definitely find things you haven't tried before. Lots of people worry about the food being too spicy but it's really not. I love hot stuff and nothing on the menu has ever been close to my heat tolerance level lol. My favorite food at Boma? The coconut seafood stew. OMG!! I could eat just that.

Ohana's is great too but we prefer the breakfast there as opposed to dinner or lunch. (Try the Tonga Toast)

If this helps, I believe wdwinfo.com has a list of menus at both locations. You could browse it and see which would be a better fit.

P.S. If you do choose Boma, have a couple of Zebra Domes for me!

We weren't too crazy about Boma, but we love Ohana. Even with the kids activities at Ohana, it doesn't seem to be 1/2 as loud as Boma! I couldn't even think in that restaurant, it was so loud! :earseek:

I can see by the posts you're not getting much help!!! Constant conflicting!!! We prefer O'hana's. The meal was good, lots of meat though and they do have coconut/broom races with the little ones there and hoola hooping, which are fun to watch. As mentioned it's an all you can eat sit-down. Ask for a window table.

We had 4 people in our party at Boma and except for the desserts, we didn't care for it. I think you're going to get big mixed reviews on this one!!! :confused3
