We want to use chocolate place cards for our wedding dinner, but our dinner is outdoors at Sago Cay. Do you think they will melt @ 8:00 pm in April?

Thanks:goodvibes

That would be a good question for your planner. My daughter had those also at her wedding but the reception was inside at the Grand Floridian for a May wedding. I am sure that they are kept refrigerated before they are set out so hopefully they will be cold and fresh enough by the time the people get them and unwrap them.

It's April, right? I want to say no because April is usually nice but even a little warm and the chocolate will melt. I went to WDW in April a few years ago and it was beautiful but I think chocolate would melt.

Now at 8pm I would hope it's not warm but FL weather is so touchy. I mean, it's the middle of Dec and it was 88 degree yesterday and 85 degrees today. I don't think I would chance it.

Thanks for the responses! I have my appointment with Rosie tomorrow, and I am sure she will know. I just don't want to count on people eating them right away. I figure most won't since we are there for dinner. I guess I will start looking at other ideas!

I'm sure Rosie can answer this for you! It's been unseasonably warm this month but last year it was cold from Jan until March. Unpredictable FL weather.
