From my August 1999 trip report:

I had reminded the hostess about Daniel’s birthday when we checked in, and they brought him a Chocolate “Mousse” for his birthday. This was a big round scoop of chocolate mousse with antler sugar cookies, strawberries for eyes, sitting on a large chocolate chip cookie. Daniel was very surprised and a little embarrassed by all of the attention. Lori was really funny and entertaining telling us how they had to chase the moose around the kitchen before they could make the chocolate mousse. Every time there was noise in the kitchen she’d say it was the moose.

A little bit more descriptive:
It's 2 mounds of chocolate moose rolled in cookie crumbs with one sitting on a chocolate chip cookie. The antlers are maple leaf shaped cookies. The tongue is a red sugar cookie. The eyes are blueberries & the nose is a raspberries. It even has little pretzel whiskers. It is very cute & very yummy too.
