Chocolate Mickey waffles.......

OK - just got back from vacation on the Disney cruise, tried the chocolate Mickey waffles on the LAST day and oh my gosh were they good!!!! Now that's all I want to eat. How do I make them where they will taste just like the ones on the ship?!?!

I used to work for dining services when I was in college, and once in a while we would have chocolate waffle mix to make waffles. All we did was add cocoa mix to the waffle batter. I don't think there was anything else to it. Hope this helps.

We have a Mickey waffle maker, & we usually use Bisquick's waffle recipe. Sometimes I put chocolate chips & nuts in the food processor to add to the waffles. They sure are good!
