Chocolate filled croissants?

ty lol i know its nuts to pay that price for it but i wanted one last year jsut didnt have a clue where to look now i have a few stores to check out lol

I think it will be a super good berry, so hopefully it will be worth the $4+ for it. I think DL DOES charge that much because they have to make up for what they pay to buy them year-round, but I wish they would just add an extra buck or two onto the shortcake price and keep selling that! I just saw the photo of the strawberry shortcake that Queenbillabong was referring to in the Dining Thread. It is on Page 3 of the dining thread. I CANNOT believe I didn't see this last year! I would have bought it in a heartbeat! It looks SO scrumptious. I am tempted to ask the Dining people if they know of anywhere it is sold in the parks, because it looks out of this world!

hehe oh i love the dinning thread pics ill have to go start the food porn again

I visited Marcelines Confectionery at DTD last month, and the chocolate dipped strawberries did look delish, and they are rather pricey, @$4.00 and up, I decided to try them on my next trip, for I did not want to purchase more than a few items. So I went with Disneyland's peanut brittle, I love it! and their chocolate chunk cookie, love it too! :) and a chocolate caramel apple, also love it!, then before I left DTD, the kettle corn was calling my name, so of course I had to buy that too.
The orange juice and chocolate croissant that I purchased at the Blue Ribbon Bakery, was delicish! it made for a very nice breakfast for me on my first Day at Dl. the next morning I just picked up a cup of orange juice from where I was staying at.
I liked the watermelon that is sold in Adventure land, I kind of forgot (ugh) the name of the tasty snack place that sells it, anyway, it was very good. I highly recommend it.

All I can say are

The Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons at the BRB - they only put them on the end counter when they have them and are sold out by 3:30pm.

The English Toffee made fresh on Tuesday and Saturday at the Candy Palace.
God's gift to sugar, chocolate, butter, and nuts.....

Okay - I'm done. :rolleyes1

Thanks so much everyone for posting such delicious information about choc crossaints. They are one of my absolute favourites. :cheer2:

Me too.

Panera bread's chocolate croissants aren't bad, but nothing beats a pain au chocolate in Paris. Yum...I love having them every morning when I am in Paris.

You can also get chocolate crossaints at the coffee cart at the hub at the end of mainstreet. Usually there isn't a line there and there is almost always one at BRB.
