Prepare 2 dozen chocolate cupcakes using directions on box mix and allow to fully cool.
Once cooled - fill with Peanut Butter Cream filling (I use a Tupperware cake decorator tool but a pastry bag works just as well). Simply place the tip of the decorator as deep as you want into the cupcake and allow to fill.
Filling:
(2) 3 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened (or 8oz)
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
Beat cream cheese and peanut butter. Add milk and vanilla. Gradually add powered sugar, beating until smooth.
Makes 2 3/4 cups filling.
