My sister and I have a plan to head over to check out the lounge for the first time on our arrival day and of course want to try the prime rib sliders but I thought I saw somewhere they have a chocolate cake dessert too. Can anyone confirm? They don't show desserts on the Disney online menu.

No mention of dessert on the menu outside the lounge. But I suspect they could get you a slice from Yachtsman next door.

On a prior trip, I was planning to get chocolate cake at Yacht Club but never got around to it. It was the Twelve Layer Chocolate Cake (flourless chocolate cake and ganache served with milk-coffee Chantilly) which I see on the Ale and Compass menu at www.allears.net. (The table service restaurant, not the quick service restaurant.) But I don't see it on the menu on the official Disney website, so maybe they don't have it any more.

We had the 12-layer cake March 2024. it was on Ale and Compass menu at the time. It was delicious and totally gluten free. However, it dropped off the online menu; I would guess it’s no longer offered?

Aww, that would such a bummer! It was a lovely dessert. I remember ordering it at their lounge when getting back from the park at night.
