Chocolate and wine?? Italy?

I had read in passing one day something about wine and chocolate in Italy I believe....I need to know more! Where exactly do I get it? What kind of wine and chocolate is it?

The wine is Rosa Regale and pernigotti black is the chocolate. It is avaliable in the front shop at Italy. DW loves this pairing it is very delicious.

And it is so good! Dark chocolate and red wine.....perfect!

Rosa is a sparkling red. I am not a big champagne or sparkling wine fan, but this wine is tremendous. Don't miss it!
