*Chocolate and Pixie Dust* - An August 2008 TR- 8/29 pg 6: Sort of an update

:lmao: Jen and her shoes!

See it was all the Disney planning and DISing that prevented me from reading it -- I have done better lately and actually finished several books.

My shoes are the reason for the extra bedroom :rotfl2:

Disney planning and DISing will do it. It's such a good distraction. I can't wait for the 2009 prices to come out so I can start another ptr for Jackson's first birthday trip.

Ok I just caught myself. I seriously need help. He's a month old and I'm trying to plan his first birthday with the mouse. :lmao:

Jen!!!!!!!

I guess I was MIA during your return.......

Welcome back....gotta go eat.....

TGJ!!!!

Thanks

Have a great dinner :)

It's me Tour Guide Jordan...I am starting to plan my June 09 13 day trip right now.....no PTR though...at least not until I finish my TR.....:scared1:

When in June are you going? Jackson's first birthday will be in June, so we're trying to go toward the end. Unless, by some miracle I can get out of work super early for Disney. Not going to happen unless I'm pregnant and take a maternity leave.

I am so looking forward to the June 09 ptr. We can start our yearlong ptr together.

We should all do a month a Disney, trying different resorts and cocktails.

Do you know how much fun we could all have if we ended up at Disney at the same time??? How great would that be???

I just saw over on punkin's TR where someone came up with a new slogan for EPCOT -- Every Person Comes Out Tanked! :lmao:

That would be the best trip.

I love that slogan :rotfl2: Hmmm that's given me some ideas for my tr title.

Oh wait until you see. I'll post one tomorrow :rotfl:

In January, I had a pirate hat filled with candy and jewels, balloons, and a stuffed Goofy sent to our room for T's 4th birthday. The card said "Happy
4th birthday from your Disney friends. I wanted the card to be signed Micky and Goofy, but apparently, trademark or copyright laws prevent the WDW Florist from using the actual names of the Disney friends.

I want to send something to the room for T next month with a card welcoming him back, again signed his Disney friends. While I really liked the WDW Florist arrangement, I'd like to do something a bit over the top. I'm a leo, so everything with me is over the top (see shoe purchases). Any recommendations???

For our night at the CR, I'm thinking of having a chocolate monorail sent to the room for him. But I need ideas for the Poly. If I could have Jasmine sent to the room to tuck him in, I'm sure he'd love it. But not going to happen.

no wonder I like you :) I am a leo too hehe

How about a Chocolate Volcano? or some form of edible palm tree

Checking the site right now.

Are Reefs really comfy? They look it. This is how I'm justifying buying more shoes.
Some of them are. The athletic-looking ones rubbed blisters on me at Six Flags. The ones with the thin straps (brown ones and black and white ones) are very comfortable and the bottoms mold to your feet. I wear them every day. The pink ones are alright. They are suede. The cool thing is that the small strap ones are only $20!!

Maybe you could go to the Pay it Forward thread and get someone who is going next week to get some autographs or something that they could send to you. I am not too creative this late at night, but it's a thought.

You are so sweet to do all of this for T!

Jasmine...:lmao:

When's your birthday? I'm a July leo.

Ohhh a chocolate volcano. I wonder if the edible palm tree could be delivered by one of the Spirit of Aloha male performers :rolleyes1

I wouldn't mind Jasmine....oh, never mind.......:rolleyes1

Looks like I'm going to order some Reefs :)

That's a good idea. I didn't think of that.

I'm not that creative after midnight either. I need a cold drink. I had an vanilla egg cream with dinner. I need something stronger :rotfl2:

Jasmine...:lmao:

I love T. He's a sweetie and my first nephew. So he gets a bit spoiled.

I'm hoping to take another Jasmine pic next month :lmao:

You may be able to work directly with the Poly to do something special for his birthday......

I need to call the Poly in the morning, but it's not his birthday. His birthday was in January. I just like surprises. So, I want him to have something special :)

Ok, I just found a website that sells Disney Vacation scented candles. Their slogan is "Take the smell of Disney home!" I'm hoping the smell does not include restrooms or the smell of sweaty people jammed in the monorail.

I have to further investigate these candles.
