My Monday morning has not started with a bang. It started with a fizzle! The morning has started with a voicemail from my exbf who was clearly drunk dialing. More on that later...

I have a dentist appointment after school today. I was hoping to hit a new bookstore and find more WDW guidebooks, but this appointment has blocked my Disney plans. Or so I thought...

Once I cleared my head of drunk dialing and the dentist, I rememberd that the dentist's office is a few blocks away from the World of Disney store. Guess where I'm going after the dentist?

I'll take some photos of my purchases this evening.

Oh and as some of you know, I sent a text after my surgery requesting that my trainer work out with me shirtless. I planned on taking a photo of him. Well, after going back and forth with text messages this week and a phone call this weekend. My trainer has some ideas and some stipulations. But you'll have to wait until tonight for that update!

Has anyone been to the Brown Derby? If so, what do you recommend from their menu?

I would like to say I've been the recipient of many drunk n dials, but sadly I am usually the one making the call...

I've been to the Brown Derby. Filet is always decent, but the Cobb Salad is the best......but I'm a salad person.

OH, and I went home last night and tried to watch ROL. It was a valiant attempt, but I promptly fell asleep. Hopefully I will catch up tonight. But tonight I also have to see the Hills.

That's what I had my heart set on - the Cobb salad - and I was disappointed. But, again, it WAS 11 years ago!

Out of all the places we ate in WDW in December the Brown Derby was our favorite. The Grapefruit Cake is AWESOME ! I also loved the Salmon!

Salmon sounds like a good choice. And I can't wait to try the grapefruit cake.

I don't know if this would be helpful to you Jennifer or not because I don't know your exact travel dates...

I've drunk dialed also. And sent text messages while drunk.

The dentist just had to adjust my bite. Was quick and painless

My trainer is not female. But my pilates instructor is. I'll tell her Flat Jordan would like a shirtless pic

I think the hair is attached to the bandana. But then he has to have regular extensions or a wig too. The bandana was off last night

When does school start again for you? We start the Tuesday after Labor Day.

We won't be done until June 20th at noon to be exact But who's counting

OURlast day is the 27th of June!

If my students will just behave, it will be a breeze! Of course, this is middle school . A girl can still dream, though, right?

It makes me sad, but FD dates are obviously not decided with teachers in mind.

Supposedly "Starring Rolls" offers the grapefruit cake, but they aren't open that late into the evening, when I wanted to have cake!

We even went to the Brown Derby to see if they would let me order it as a take out, but they were "too busy"... hurmphf

As we entered Murph needed to use the facilities, so I checked us in while she was otherwise busy. Right after Murph returned, they called us to be seated. We were given a great table. One of those circular booths. Murph quickly noticed that we had a linen table cloth and only those tables without kids had the table cloth. WTG Murph on noticing that.

The waitress came over to take our drink order and Murph got an apple martini and I got Iced tea.


For starters Murph and I split the Market greens salad. Two thumbs up and for dinner , Murph ordered the pork chop and I got the grouper. Both were delicious, I can’t tell you how good the food was here. To give you an idea how good it was, Murph never finishes a plate, always has leftovers. Well, Murph picked the pork chop cleaned, there wasn’t a crumb left on her plate. Even the rolls they gave were wonderful and warm. We both really enjoyed this meal and would absolutely go back. When the time came to pay the bill I got out my DDE card for the 20% off. Murph then announced she would pay for the sit down meals and I could pay for snacks, counter service meals and the miscellaneous tips (valet, bell services, etc). Um are you sure? Ok then, I don’t have a problem with that plan.

Yes,I listen to it all day at school...but I have since moved to straight mouseworldradio, that's the BEST! It looks like I am editing podcasts for teachers, while I am listening to the dis (I have headphones on...and everyone else has no idea!)

Ouch, how did that happen? Reading the Passporter is good medicine! I just read abut free dining and I am dying!!!!! There is NO WAY we could swing it but that's what lured us last year for our first trip.
