Hey Everyone!
I am participating in the walk at Disneyland to help support The Children's Hospital of Orange County. Here is some info about the what the event is:
The 2008 CHOC/Disneyland® Resort Walk in the Park is just around the corner!
On Sunday, October 19, I will be one of over 12,000 men, women, and children of all ages joining together to support Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) and CHOC at Mission during a Sunday morning stroll through Disneyland®, Disney's California Adventure, and Downtown Disney. Last year, with the help of teams, individual participants, sponsors and hundreds of volunteers, the CHOC Walk raised over $1 Million to support patient care. This year, the goal is to raise even more and I need your help!
Since 1964, CHOC has provided world-class medical care to children and families in Orange County and beyond. Quality medical services are available to all children, regardless of their family's ability to pay and over the last 15 years, the CHOC Walk has raised $7.2 million to help support this important medical care.
This year promises to be a spectacular event! I am helping CHOC in its mission to nurture, advance and protect the health and well-being of children by walking in this year's CHOC/Disneyland® Resort Walk in the Park. You can help me help CHOC by sponsoring me. Together we can make a difference in the lives of thousands of children.
Every amount collected ASAP will help - large or small - to reach my personal goal for this worthwhile charity event... my personal challenge/goal is to reach AT LEAST $ 550.00. With you help me to do this now, please?
Here's the thing -- IF EVERYONE INVITED AND WHO IS ALREADY A MEMBER OF THIS GROUP WERE TO PLEDGE EVEN ONE (1) DOLLAR EACH MINIMUM OR (hopefully!) MORE BY CREDIT CARDS via using the links provided here ASAP, this goal would assuredly be reached... will YOU help to make this happen NOW?
