Chobani Yogurt ?

OMG!!! I made a new recipe for White Chicken Chili tonight that had sour cream and cream in it. I divided it in half right before the dairy gets added and made the kids as it was supposed to be and made the other half with Fage NonFat Greek Yogurt. ( used fat free half and half instead of the cream in both)

A. Maze. Ing!!!!!

I thought mine was way better than the original. The tang the yogurt added really enhanced the flavor. I didn't tell anyone the difference. The kids tried mine and both went . DH thinks Yogurt should be banned off the face of the earth. He tried the original one and thought it was okay then tried mine and thought it was much better-- he said he really liked the tangy flavor! You should have seen his face when I told him it had yogurt in it! He tried to backtrack and say he didn't know if he could eat a whole bowl of it but he had already said he liked it.

I also use the greek yogurt as a dip and a dressing by adding salsa (instead of adding the salsa to sour cream). I have also used it on my baked potatoes this way as well. I add it to my smoothies to up the protein content and add a creamy consistency. I love how you can use it so many different ways and it's a relatively cheap source of protein with the added benefit of probiotics
