I'm watching, too. Was this a Disney movie? I know it was made in 1968 right after Mary Poppins and the Sherman brothers did the music.

Not a Disney movie. This was released by 20th Century Fox.

People tend to think it's a Disney movie because Dick Van Dyke is linked so closely with Disney....as well as the movie having the same feel as a Disney movie.

Definitely on my short list of great movies from my childhood....and my children love it too.
