Well, I doubt there's anything that will ever get me to love camping. My non-love for dirt will probably never go away. I told him my idea of camping would be to go stay at the GCH
If ever I went camping, there would definitely have to be running water and actual toilets. And that's only for me to consider it first.
I don't know what I would ahve done if born during a century that didn't have any!!
Happy New Year Kirsten!! I'll have to add The Tourist to my "to watch" list although I'll probably wait until it comes out on DVD and I can rent it. The Other Guys ... that's the one with Will Ferrel and Mark Wahlberg, right? If you leave today or tomorrow -- safe travels!!
A mellow NYE sounds pretty nice. Glad it was a good one![]()
No, nothing exciting. Monday is Peanut's 2nd birthday and Steph is having a party for him.
I think you have done well on the pictures, and more fun tomorrow and Monday. That is great!!
Ironically me too. And now it's a whole new year.![]()
I am thrilled with the fact that it is a new year.
You are correct, ma'amWill Ferrel has been a hit and miss when it comes to his movies (i'm sure we all remember Lost World
) but this one turned out pretty good.
DS b-day is on Tuesday. I haven't got him anything yet. We did have some cake and ice cream in his honor yesturday, though. As soon as we lit the candles he blew them out. I re-lit them so we could sing happy birthday to him. After he blew out the candles the second time, he gave me a big hung and said "Thank you for singing happy birthday mom". melts my heart.
I'm excited. We get to do taxes next![]()
Sigh. I don't want to think about taxes. I always owe (it's a choice -- I like having a little more leg room during the year).
Kirsten, happy early birthday to your DS!!
Hope everyone enjoys there Sunday!! I'll be sending you all wishes from Disneyland, of course!!
How cute about DS. I love when they are little like that and they are so pleased by the important things in life like unconditional love.
I don't mind doing my taxes so much. I buy Turbotax and I swear that is the easiest thing I have done. I think I can get my DH's tax info online so I think I am going to get the taxes done after the 7th.![]()

The last one my Mom took.
I don't mind taxes too much. This year we will most likley get money back due to my unemployment. I, too, use TurboTax. I love it, so simple and the money comes back so quickly.
It does come back really quick doesn't it? I have plans for it this year and I am going to put it to good use for sure!!
Keep me posted on that Michele!!
Look at that snow!! I would be fuh-reezing!!
So a Duffy tattoo, huh Michele? Now that would be cute.

The smile on DS face is so cute. It looks like you all had a great time.

They had a blast. I had to go to CVS pharmacy (only option) for some gloves for the kids so their fingers would't freeze off. DS refused to leave. I was very cold, all I had to keep warm was a hoodie and a scarf. After some kicking and screaming and chasing, we went to the park for a while. Still very cold but no snow on the ground. DS's pants were soaked from the knees down, I always keep spare close for him in his diaper bag. After the park his little fingers, nose, and cheeks were bright red. He had so much fun. We may have to make a trip to the snow with Daddy before the season is over.
Disney vacation?
