Can we do the Chip and Dale Sing Along at 7:00 and then make it to see the HEA fireworks and then some rides after? It is a EMH night.

First, the purpose of the Chip & Dale SingAlong is actually to see a movie,
but you can leave before the movie starts.

To get anything worthwhile from the SingAlong, I'd think you'd want to be there for
about an hour (so, that's 8PM.)

What time are the HEA fireworks?
Do you want to see HEA from INSIDE the Magic Kingdom?
What are the EMH hours?
Are you staying on WDW property?

Fastest route to MK is via the shuttle boat from Ft. Wilderness.
But, it will take extra time to get from the Campfire area to the Settlement Area
and walk down to the Marina to catch the shuttle boat to MK.

Not for everyone. For me the purpose was the campfire (and smores.) I never had any desire to see the movie. I've always thought of them as two separate events.

HEA is at 9:00 and EMH is from 9:00 to 11:00. We are more interested in S’mores and Chip and Dale. The fireworks inside the park are more important. Is it possible? What is the earliest we can do Smores?

It will be tight.
You need to leave the Campfire by about 7:45.
The trip to MK will take about an hour, considering bus and boat time (and waiting for each)
plus security bag-check.

MK will be very busy, so getting to a good, clear HEA viewing spot will be very difficult
(if not impossible) in your timeframe.

MK EMH attractions will also be very busy, considering that the EMH starts (comparatively) very early... and the first 15 minutes of the two-hour EMH will be used up by viewing HEA.

Given all this, think long about which (Campfire or HEA) is more important to your group.
