My DS 9 loooves Chip and Dale. We saw them at LTT last time. Well this time I see they are at the Garden Grill. The problem is we have Le Cellier for lunch the same day. I am thinking it may be too much meat.

Do Chip and Dale attend Chef Mickeys for breakfast?

What do you all think??

Garden Grill is a family-style meal and we thought the food wasn't very good. Certainly MUCH lower quality than leCellier.
Chip & Dale are pretty easy to find in the Magic Kingdom, though, so maybe your son can get a photo or autograph with them there.

Looks like Chip and Dale are at Chef Mickey's for dinner, but not breakfast...Guess I was looking at outdated information.

If you want to get your son some time with Chip and Dale, as well as a campfire, sing-a-long, and movie for free... check out the movie under the stars at Fort Wilderness. They start with songs, then C&D walk around for pictures and autographs. This is followed by a Disney movie on an outdoor theater screen. Throughout all of it they have two campfires going for s'mores and hot dogs. Usually the festivities begin around 7 PM, depending on the time of year. There is no charge unless you want to buy marshmallows, etc.

There is some outdated information out there with Chip and Dale. Currently, they are only available at the Garden Grill (and the campfire thing). They are no longer at Chef Mickey's.

As for the original post, I have to ask, is there such a thing as "too much meat"?

Thanks for all of the clarifications. At least I know I have two defininate options.

I usually eat steak once a week or two. I can't order anything other than steak at Le Cellier:scared1: It is the reason for going. I guess I can do the turkey at The Garden Grill. We are not used to doing two TS in one day right after another, but for my DS we will.:rolleyes1

Thanks again!!

I am pretty sure they are just at Garden Grill now. All I can tell you is, DO NOT CANCEL LE CELLIER!!! :rotfl:

I think Chip and Dale are usually at the little character spot in Epcot by Innoventions. Maybe you could see them there during your day at Epcot and still keep your Le Cellier reservations.

We saw Chip at Cape May Cafe (Beach Club) breakfast in March 2008. Don't know where Dale was, but I assume he was around there somewhere.

I don't know if they've changed the character lineup since then.

I saw them there in Jan 08, but on our last two trips (Jan 09 and early july 09) we saw donald instead. I don't know if that is normal or not now.

We have also seen chip and dale around the big hat at hollywood studios (jan 09).

Hope that helps. :)

Chip and Dale are at the Cape May for breakfast but you may even want to think about the Fort Wilderness Campfire program. It's free and I am sure somebody here can comment on it further. We are thinking about checking it out for the first time this trip.

I was just looking through our trip pictures to see if Chip and Dale were at the character buffets we went to. At Cape May breakfast only Dale was there, as he was the only one we had pictures with.

I remember two years ago we went to Garden Grove at the Swan and Chip and Dale were both there.

Thank you to everyone! It looks like Garden Grill and FW campfire would be my best bet. If they were almost a sure thing at Cape May, I would go there.

Whn my DS was 5, I took him along with his 2 year old DS and big brother 8 to DL. I had him on a child leash because it was me. DH stayed back east at home. We were getting ready to leave and Chip abd Dale caught site of the child leash. They has a ball with him. They kept leading him away from me, and he was not sure what to think. Being in Disney, he was trusting. He saw them again in DW when he was 7 at LTT and he recalled the memory of how they signaled him out, and how he just loved them. Now he is a big 9 and wants to dine again with them if possible.

Sorry for rambling, but that is why I need an almost sure bet.:thumbsup2
