China welcome dinner question

I’m wondering how long the welcome dinner lasts on the first night of the China adventure? We are wondering if we would have time to hit a rooftop bar on our list.

I don't remember exactly, but at least a couple of hours including the reception, then dinner and all the introductions. I know we had 2 people who had scheduled to take a cruise to watch the light show, and they had to leave before dinner actually started (because the light show starts at 8). That said, if you're still conscious at that point, you would probably still have time to hit a bar if you want to. I think we had a fairly early start the next morning.

It was in the hotel. I think it might have been the bar connected to the Felix restaurant.

Our finished around 9pm. Even after 2 days in Hong Kong we were jet lagged enough to be ready for bed right after!
