CHINA New Itinerary Hong Kong Visit

I booked China May 2014 for me and DH. The new itinerary once again features HK Disneyland....farewell dinner. So I called ABD and asked if there was any other time being allotted at HKD and they said we would have time for some attractions and shopping. Anyone who has done the HKD itinerary have any insights? Were you given Fastpasses for any attractions? Where was your farewell dinner? I know it used to be on the itinerary and it is back and I am excited to be going!!!

I did the ABD China trip in 2008 which was the first year it was offered. We got magic fast passes, I think perhaps 5 each? Maybe 3. Due to the time of year, early June, and the park was fairly new, the park wasn't busy at all and we didn't really need the fastpasses. We got a special viewing area for the parade and a special viewing area for the fireworks. We only had maybe half a day in the park though. The farewell dinner was in a private dining room in the HK Disneyland hotel, where we were staying.

The shopping was at Stanley market which was a lot of fun.

We went back to HK Disneyland last summer in August and it was a huge difference in crowds. We may as well have been in WDW. Very long lines. Very rude people.

We did ABD China last summer and LOVED it! Of course, it didn't include HKDL but we stayed an extra day to do it on our own. I agree that it's a small park, but definitely a lot of fun!
