child's lunch voucher - adult appetizer and dessert?

Has anybody recently been able to order appetizers/desserts from adult menu with a children's connections lunch voucher? I am particularly interested in Rainforest Cafe, Mama Melrose, and the Epcot restaraunts.

Most restaurants don't have an appetizer for kids menu, so you get to order off the adult menu.

At ESPN, we ordered our kids dessert from the kids menu. It was still a great deal.
