Thinking about getting these for DD to put our phone number on in the unlikely event we are separated.

Just had a quick look on ebay and can't find them. I've also seem tattoo type ones aswell but can't find them now.

Any idea what to search for or any links.

I've seen them in Lloyds Pharmacy recently. I'll have a quick search and see if I come up with anything :goodvibes

thank you:thumbsup2

Thank YOU! I'm going to get some for my DD as well. She will never remember to mention the international dialling code for my mobile, which will be on roaming. She is 8 so she would be able to communicate if we were separated but it's still nice to have the added security. I think the child feels better knowing there is something to fall back on. Even the older ones are likely to panic and forget everything in the moment of it all.

I used this type: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1-x-10-TYVEK-...-PACK-100-/290342301666?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3

I bought a pack of bright yellow ones several years ago, and still have some left.

I write our phone numbers on them and also 'milk allergy' and put them round dd's ankle (she's a toddler who doesn't like them on her wrists!)

Oh, writing the allergy is a good idea. My DD is old enough to communicate now, but I wish I had thought of that when she was younger. :thumbsup2

fyi
they have something v similar at GS at US and WDW.
we brought ds a "dogtag" medical alert tag atUS as he has severe asthma and asd...he loves it and its something he will wear as he chose it, for $12, was well worth the piece of mind:cloud9:
