Children's drinks at TS with DDP?

Looking at the menus for children's meals and it states apps, entrees and desserts but doesn't list drinks for children. Which drinks can they choose from if they eating from the children's menu?

The choices usually available are juice, regular milk, chocolate milk (what my kids usually choose), a small bottle of water or soda.

Juice, water or 2% milk are listed on the menus. Soft drinks are available, chocolate milk may be available, but you have to know to ask for them.
