Can they not get a cupcake on the dining plan? It looked like only a cookie was offered.

1) Cupcakes are more expensive than cookies.
2) Fortunately, the cookie is good.

If you're referring to lunch, then yes, it is only the cookie or a healthy option. DH said the cookie was very good. It wasn't particularly big, but bigger than a Chips a Hoy or something like that. For dinner, DS got to choose from same dessert options as us adults.
