hi well on my way to taking dd to nursery she vomits and I have to bring her home, she is fine now however this seems to happen a lot with her, for example when we are in the car, at the airport last year when going to Disneyland which was very stressful.

A couple of weeks ago we were driving to Blackpool as dd was fine singing away then without warning she is sick all over her brand new clothes so we had to go to tesco to buy her some more, however she still seemed fine and cheerful and ate all her dinner, it is very odd.

does anyone else experience this with there children as I am starting to worry about when she starts school.

My youngest son age 7
always gets sick in the car
mostly in the morning time and when we are going some where special
I always take a change of clothes with me now
like you I have learned the hard way and had to buy more on the way

This works for us now most of the time
no reading or things like that
nothing to eat until we get to where we are going, very little clothes on to keep cool , no heat on in the car and when he starts to feel sick open all windows (even in the middle of winter )
Got leather covers for the car seats easier to clean

and like your child after he gets it all up he is fine :Pinkbounc

my middle son was the same , but he finely grew out of it , at what age I cannot remember :confused3

Good luck

Babywipes are great

Yes, we've been through this. Although our youngest son travels well on straight roads (motorways) we've only got to go a short distance along winding roads and he throws up. We always keeps spare clothes in a carrier bag in the boot and an old beach bucket lined with bread wrapper (no holes in the bottom for the offending stomach contents to leak out of!) then if he is sick we can just remove the wrapper and dispose of at the earliest opportunity. He is now growing out of it. School insisted he had anti-sickness pills for a school trip he was going on, no way was I going to give him those when he wasn't in my care so I bought some anti-sickness bands and he's had no trouble on a coach!

hi, thank you for your replys..we have already experinced the no heating and windows down when its freezing out side.

This year I spent an extra £180 on later flight times so we don't have to drive to the airport early as last year was a nightmare I had to open our case in the midle of the check in line to get some clean clothes, plus she was sick all over the floor
