Children authorization, please help!!

My niece is cruising with us this friday and I know we have to get permission for them for their parents. Her mother has passed away and I need to know if they need to see a death certificate or can we just tell them.

Any info would help!!

If I remember correctly, only one parent signature needs to be notarized. If not, have dad's signature notrized and bring along the death certficate. I would also suggest calling DCL for the "official" word.
