Childcare question/Concern

I have a concern that I hope someone here can help me to dismiss. I just called and booked Fairy Godmother's for Oct 30th and the woman on the phone seemed like a real ditz. She asked me what else she needed to tell me. The sitter we wanted, through recommendation here, was Marguerite but she has broken her leg and will be out for a few months.

I would love to hear recent, within the last 2 years, reviews of this service and Kid's night out. I would like to hear the good, bad and ugly so I can make an informed decision

I do not have personal experience with them, but have heard many good things from others who have used their services.

May have just been an "off" day for the person on the phone--especially with all of the awful weather FL has been experiencing.
