Childcare Contracts

For those of you who run in home childcare I was wondering if you would mind sharing your contract or templates of them.
I have been watching 2 little girls and recently there mom is not reliable so I would like to make a contract to better establish how things should be running. Any help would be apperiate even suggestions. Thanks so much.

just a suggestion-you might want to see if there's a child care council in your area, or contact your state's division of child care licensing. even if you are exempt from the licensing requirement for your state you can get valuable information on what the laws are governing child care.

a contract is great, but unless it's legaly enforcable it's worthless.
