I'm helping a friend in planning her short Disney trip. I have come across something I don't have the answer to so I'm checking here.
She bought her child a 10-day child pass many years ago at Shades of Green with her dad. She had a paper ticket that stated the type of ticket. This was back in the day when the ticket did not expire.
A couple years ago or so, she when to use it and they converted it to a plastic ticket. Her child's name was then associated with the ticket. At the end of trip she had 2 days left.
Now she plans to use it on this short trip. Here come the questions...
1.) Is this ticket still good? Her child is over the age of 9.
2.) Can they upgrade it to an adult ticket?
3.) If so, how much will that be?
4.) What are our options?
