We're going down in a few weeks with our 20 month old Grand Daughter. Does any one know if they allow small childen to use the tubes with a built in seat
that the child sits in, like a baby swing, and the tube holds them up. We will always be with her but didn't want to pack it if they don't allow them.
Thanks.

I do believe that the rule is still no inflatables or flotation devices (other than life jackets are permitted.) Last summer we saw a lifeguard at AKV tell a mother that she had to take her infant out of something similar.

It could have changes since then so maybe someone else has more recent experience.

My DD was 23 months when we last went to Disney - most lifeguards were fine with infant rings in the pool but she was not allowed them on slides. Disney provides life vests which they prefer non swimmers to wear, we encountered no problems trying to use arm bands. Infant rings are not allowed at TL or BB at all.

I would bring it. We never had an issue when our kids used those...same style...the ring with the built in seat. But the other poster was correct...something like that will definitely not be allowed on a slide.

Worst case scenario is a lifeguard will ask you not to use it. It's not like they are going to hit you for trying! :goodvibes

We've used it without a problem at SSR and Kidani. I have heard if the pools are crowded they might not allow it due to visibilty issues. They have to see the bottom of the pool.
