child swap rooms

i'm wondering which attractions have child swap rooms so we know to look for them? i'm mostly interested in mummy & mib.....last year, we asked employees outside of mummy about child swap & we were told to do it outside so 1 at a time, we entered the express line (we stayed onsite). as i was leaving, i thought i saw a child swap room inside of the attraction but can't remember. if there is one, i would have preferred to have the children wait in there.

overall child swap was confusing. for ex., we went on spiderman more than once in the same trip. one time, we were told to enter the express lines w/ strollers then stand next to the loading area (i almost got trampled along w/ the kids in the 2 strollers) - i should have been directed to go up the hallway to the child swap room but i didn't know there was 1 at the time. another time, we were escorted through the exit or handicapped accessible gate (can't remember which) then up the hallway to the child swap room (that was great!). yet another time (still the same trip), we were told that we couldn't enter the line w/ our strollers even though i had explained that we had already done so twice.

any advice from anyone about child swap? i guess i basically would like to know which rides have rooms inside so we know where to look for them & also if we can bring the strollers in. thanks.

You can't take the stroller inside unless you have a special pass from Guest Services called a GAP/stroller as a wheelchair. It is designed for children with disabilities that use their stroller as their wheelchair. It is not available for parents who don't want to carry their child in line.

With child swap, you wait in line with the child and then as you get to the front of the line, you go to a special child swap room. One parent rides while one stays with the child in the babyswap room. Then when that parent gets off the ride, that parent stays with the child while the other parent rides. That way neither parent has to wait in line twice, only once for the whole family.

the times that we did take the strollers into spiderman, entering through the exit hallway & going through the express line, felt awkward as no one else was doing that but it wasn't our idea & we weren't going to argue. each employee seemed to have their own understanding about the child swap system. good to know how it really should work.....no strollers, wait in baby swap rooms. thanks phamton!

so MIB, Mummy (thanks Damo), & Spiderman have baby swap rooms....any others? well, now that i know at least that some attractions do have them, i'll be sure to ask at each attraction where we want to child swap.

I know that Dudley Do-Right has one as well. There is an area by Hulk as well. I have had different directions for child swap at the same rides as well.

Park the strollers, first and foremost. Go into the regular lines, when they stop you and tell you that junior is too small, just tell them "child swap" and nine times out of ten they'll let you through, then direct you off to the rooms. Hulk they will direct you through the exit gate and up the ramp....no strollers.....ROTM, same thing. MIB is different they'll let you all go in together. Pretty much everything else you just wait by the exit.
