i'm going in Disneyland this summer so i read some menus and i find that the price are higher than Disneyworld
i see the child menu could be a good idea, because for $5.99 we have one entree, dessert and a drink
someone has ever try it ?

I do it at Disneyworld and it's a good value, are the portions here the same size ?

The childs portions are decent but it includes the meal and a drink, no dessert (maybe at some places but not at most that I go to, sometimes you get some fruit)

I often get 3 childs meals for lunch and the four of us split those. They changed the nuggets (I think at most places that serve them, if not all) to white meat chicken strips which I like MUCH better!!

lol, my mom said the childs meals are the worst ripoff ever. She said for 5 dollars, you only get like a piece of chicken and some fruit. Thats all she rants about me when we talk Disneyland even though she didnt have to pay for the parking AND the admission into the park... What a great MOM! :lmao:

I don't know, I think the pasta meal at Pizza Port is decent sized, and at French Market we got 3 big chicken strips with the meal!! Maybe some other restaurants aren't as good about it. But sometimes it is a better deal to get an adults' meal and just split that with your kid instead of 1 adult and 1 kids meal!! Some of the adult portions are really big and can be split between two adults!

The pizza port meals are huge. Most are easily split unless you have a huge appetite.

Unless you are a very hungry adult, the children's meals should be big enough for you.

most of the kids meals come with healthy sides (grapes, fruit or applesauce for desserts).

Here are a few Meals that we purchased on this trip. Definately some of the better deals than the others. (for me the ones with the *)

DCA- Pacific Wharf: PB&J sandwich (uncrustable packaged one), baby carrots and a drink

DCA - Next to Soaring?: 2 Cheese burger Sliders, baby Carrots, applesauce and a drink *

DL - French Market: 1 small chicken drumstick, carrots and celery, grapes and a drinkh
DL - Mexican Place outside BTMRR: Bean and Cheese burro, rice, package of peaches in syrup and a drink *
