Maybe i'm a little late to ask about this b/c we are leaving on thursday afternoon but I haven't found a solution.I need some sort of id just in case(God forbid) my almost 3 DS gets lost.I'been looking at the stores but they don't seem to sell anything .suggestions?

What about taking an index card, writting all your info on it..
hotel staying at, rm number, cell phone number, dd's name, your name, allergies, stuff like that, putting it in a small ziploc and then pinning it or put it in her pocket?

Also, if you didn't mind writting it over and over, you could get those "hello, my name is:" stickers, write your info on that and then sticking it to the inside of her shirt ( i can't imagine you would want it out where every passerby could see it??) Maybe at the bottom of the outside of her shirt or even the top of her jeans, where its not eye level with others.

Then when you get to the parks, show your daughter what the Disney cast members look like, and where to go if she can't find mommy or daddy.

I went to PetSmart and got a "dog tag" made. I put DS's name and DH's & my cell phone numbers on it. I just hooked it to his belt loop each day.

And, the one I got was a circle w/ a red, white & blue star, so it doesn't really look like a pet tag.

I like the idea of the dog tag can they be attach to his snickers?are they done the same day?

My DD4 was covered from head to toe in ID because I wanted to make sure my bases were covered.

I would recommend going to your local Petsmart or Walmart and using one of those pet ID machines and making one for your munchkin. Have your name and cell number engraved on it. I tried to get my DD4 to pick out a heart or a star...something NOT dog tag looking, but of course she wanted the dog bone because she thought it was just like Pluto's. Figures, right?

Also, we used a Who's Shoes ID which is velcro and can be velcro'ed right over the childs showlaces or shoe straps. This is THE BEST in my opinion, because my DD forgot she had it on and didn't mess with it the whole time.
I'm not sure if it can be ordered/delivered before you leave, but definitely look into it for future trips. You can see a picture at www.whosshoesid.com.

I have a sizzix diecutter and have the tag die and I am going to make several with our info, laminate them and then attach them to my kids shoes.
