DH & I are planning on celebrating our 10 year anniversary with a trip next fall for F&W. Staying at Beach Club to have easy access to Epcot. We've done Disney a ton of times and pre-kids, were Signature dining experts

It'll be a short trip, 3 nights, and we'll only visit Epcot (and possibly DHS to sneak a peek at Toy Story Land and Star Wars Land progress).

Where would your "must eat" places be for a Child Free trip?! California Grill will probably happen but we'll have 2 other dinners... We do want to peruse the F&W kiosks so we were thinking of doing that for brunch/ lunch... Thoughts?

Sounds super fun! My husband and I did a short two-night, no kids, no parks trip once! We stayed at AKL. We really enjoyed resort hopping and trying drinks and appetizers at various lounges and one nice dinner at California Grill!

I think strolling through the F&W kiosks and eating when and what I want without worrying about finding something for the kiddos to eat sounds like a perfect dinner with the hubby! I don't even know if I would make reservations for the other two dinners!

Happy Planning!

That's what we did when we stayed at beach Club for F&W. Lunch crowds, especially during the week, are a lot smaller. You should also look into the chef seminars.

I'd do Monsieur Paul, Yachtsman, Flying Fish, heck I'd even throw in a Beaches and Cream. The Swan and Dolphin restaurants are also nearby/

I don't blame you for wanting to have a nice restaurant meal without your kids, but TBH, when I'm at the Food & Wine Festival, eating and drinking at the booths is plenty. Plenty to eat and drink, and plenty of money spent.

However, if you don't have an AP or park hopping, I would consider having a nice meal on your DHS day. Of the Disney restaurants nearby, I've enjoyed the Yachtsman the most. It is excellent. Everyone raves about the restaurants in the Swan and Dolphin--Blue Zoo, Don Shula and Il Mulino. I haven't been myself.

Happy anniversary!

I agree that since your only going for 3 nights, i wouldnt plan many ADRs. Cali Grill isnt a bad choice, but its not my fave in terms of food. The past two visits ive had, its been so disappointing. Its a beautiful place though and i love the view of the castle. I personally love Artist Point for food. Its INCREDIBLE! The service is top notch and its the quieter signature restaurant. Plus, its so beautiful. Since your at BC, i'd try the restaurants in that area....Blue Zoo, Il Mulino, Shula's.

The F&W booths are amazing. Take a look at my link below for F&W pics. You'll have a lot of fun sampling food and beverages.

Maybe Captain's Grille for a nice breakfast before hitting the park?

Monsieur Paul and Victoria and Albert's would be my top two picks, especially for a milestone anniversary.

Flying Fish could also be an alternative for another evening, it's more "special" feeling IMO than BlueZoo but also more expensive. I enjoyed the Appetizers we had at BlueZoo and was evenly split with the Entrees between the two places which ended up being the two favorite dishes of the trip.

I'd echo a recommendation for Flying Fish- great food and fantastic service. I always enjoy the Brown Derby if over at Hollywood Studios. Tutto Gusto in Italy (wine & lite bites- no reservations) is a great spot to sit and beat the heat on your tour around the World. Have fun!

We did this last year for our anniversary. Oh the freedom. I think everyone is giving you great suggestion for dinner. I just want to add, save room for dessert and go to beaches and cream and sit on the beach on one of the swings in the evening together. Very nice setting with the sun coming down.

If you're there in Oct, on a Saturday, definitely Party for the Senses. We are huge F&WF fans but only last year did we finally attend a PFTS. Now it's our #1 must do!! Splurge for a tier that includes seating though. Enjoy the time! We did a week at WDW without the kids last October & it was amazing!!
