child eating CS separately

I know how DDP credits work when we all eat together. I know how DDP credits work when a child menu is available.
I need to know how to ensure that when DD eats a CS meal at a location without a child's menu that her CS meal is deducted from the child CS credit pool rather than from the adult CS meal pool.
I'm really concerned that this will be a problem! DD often wants to eat at another time/location, so we do split up for meals sometimes. I want her to have the option to eat at a DDP CS location where she is happy without DH or I having to also order our meal there just to make the adult vs child meal order "idiot proof." Help! TIA

Unless they changed it since last year, they don't track the CS Adult and Kid credits separately. They only do this for TS. We've used DDP 4 times now (3 times free) and it's never been a problem. We've even ordered DD8 an adult CS meal, once or twice (please no flames) And we frequently share 2 CS meals between the 3 of us.

That is what I have heard also. The only thing is you can not go up and order 3 adult CS meals if you only have 2 adults and one child on your KTTW card.

It won't matter as long as you don't try to order more meals than you have people on your reservation.

It's the policy of WDW that you should not use DDP CS credits alloted to children, which cost only $10 per night, to purchase adult meals at locations where there is a children's menu. To this end, at locations where there is a children's menu, they will not permit you to order 3 adult meals if there are 2 adults and a child on your reservation. In CS locations where there is no children's menu, you just order the number of meals you want, not to exceed the number of persons on your reservation.
