How does it work if the child goes from 2 years and free to 3 years old in the middle of the vacation?
we are thinking of next october for our daughters birthday but that means we'll be there over the actual birthday - will be be charged for her dining plan right from the start or would she be free for the whole trip or would we be charged from her birthday and on?
