Hello

My husband and I our taking our 2 boys ages 4 and 7 to Disney this October. We would like to be able to go out one day for awhile and ride some of the rides they wouldn't or couldn't ride. Can anyone tell me what types of child care Disney offers. Do they come to your room or is there like a big daycare they have. I just wouldn't feel comfortable leaving them in our room with a complete stranger. I sure it would be just fine. I guess I've been watching to much how to catch a predator on dateline.

Talk to someone at your hotel. I saw on the disney site that they offer In-Room nanny services to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.

I know how scary it can be but we decided to use Kids nite out. They come to your room. We have now used them on about 7 seperate occasions. The first time I used them I was terrified. But I felt at ease once I met our sitter. I agree there are so many scary things that can happen. But I feel comfortable with them. Try a search on them I found a lot of great info on them. I am not sure if this would work for you but you can also hire them to join you at the park and help you out with the kids. That way you and DH could hop on a ride while they wait for you. Good luck it is a tough decision.

We used Fairy Godmothers once, and it was fine. The 'godmother' was indeed a real grandmother, and broughts lots of stuff to amuse the kids, and things for herself to do once they were asleep. The TV never came on all night.

Last year, the kids went to Neverland at GF, and absolutely loved it. They asked to go back every night. One said that it was the highlight of their trip!
