child care at resorts

i can't rememnber how old one's child needs to be in order to utilize the at-resort child-care programs. can you help me? what do they cost? thank you for your help.

I believe they must be 4 and fully potty trained.

It is, also, 10.00/hour. They do feed them a buffet dinner between 6-8 (at least that's the times I've been told for Neverland club and sandcastle club.)
