Child Booster Seat available at BWV?

We are going to the BWV on Sunday, and we are getting excited! We are renting DVC points for the first time, trying it out to see if we want to become DVC owners.

We had one packing question: do we need to bring our own child booster seat for eating in the room or will they have one available to check out (and if so, does it cost $$?)?

We have a plastic travel one that has a little clip-on tray to set food on. But it still takes up a lot of space in the suitcase.

One of our DVC owner friends who often stays at the BCV says they have them, but when I called the BWV front desk late one night, they weren't sure and then said no. There's a chance I didn't describe it well enough.

Has anyone here had success checking one out at the BWV? TIA.

The villas have the wooden ones that you could find in a restaurant not called a booster though probably more of a high chair without the tray. They also have pack and plays. No charge, it should be in the closet.

There should be a restaurant-stlye wooden highchair (no tray) in every DVC one-bedroom. Hopefully this helps:

Thanks. We are staying in a Studio room. Anyone know if those rooms can get them?

I thought all the villas, studios included, had a highchair.

Yes, studios have them - we used one in sept in our studio. If its not there for some reason just call mousekeeping. We had to call for pack n play sheets and had them in 10 minutes or less.

I could be wrong, but I never recall seeing a high chair in the studio @ SSR, and the AKV jambo wardrobe (instead of a closet) could not have one in it. Besides would you set the high chair @ the little desk table? I'm guessing I just used my stroller if I needed seating for the younger one.

I do recall them in 1BR+ @ BWV, SSR and OKW..

Theoretically, DVC should be able to provide a highchair to a studio because they do have them in half the units and should have some extras on hand...

The last couple studios we were in didn't have high chair: BLT and VGC.
It could just be the luck of the draw tho.
