ok, i am a wuss but i just changed my wdw visit changed from the 13 to the 27. i just don't want my dd to deal with the storm. life is much better. how are the crowds and weather in the end of the month?

No one can call you a chicken for making this decision. Everyone has their own level of comfort for their family.

I believe the crowds will still be nice and low at the end of the month.

We were at WDW at the end of Sept/early Oct 2 years ago...crowds were great, weather was hot...and NO hurricanes

That is about when we went last year and the weather and crowds were great. You are not a wuss- you just needed to do what was right for you and your family. Enjoy your trip!
