We decided on a dual plate for our reception. We are going with filet mignon with maybe the red wine demiglace. We want chicken with it but aren't sure what kind. What are my options, or what did you have for your reception?
Also, when we go to the PS can we have them make a plain filet mignon and then a bunch of different sauces to try it with?
