Chicken and Sausage Gumbo?

My husband and I tried the gumbo at the Blue Bayou restaurant this summer at DLR and it was awesome!! Does anyone know if there is a good place to find gumbo at WDW?

The House of Blues has Turkey and Shrimp Gumbo. I did not see it on the menu for Boatwrights in PO, but they have very good cajun food there.

Unless they've changed the menu since I was there last, they have a chicken and sausage gumbo at one of the Port Orleans food courts...I just don't remember if it was at Riverside or French Quarter...although I'm leaning towards FQ. I remember that it was very good though.

Thanks for the info. I'm not sure we'll make it to POR, but we were thinking of trying the House of Blues. I'll look for it when we go.
