Chicago Cubs fans - Rebuilding Year 2023

I turned off the TV right when the rain came. I wasn't sure the game would be finished last night. Flashbacks to 2008 when the Phillies vs Rays had to be postponed mid-game and resumed two nights later.

His type are always gonna be around armchair managing.They will all be hooting and hollering at the parade too that they have been lifelong fans, knew it was gonna happen yadda yadda. Here it is at the start of the season:

The first 2 digits are the number of years since the Cubs won the division. They won in 2015 so it's "00".

The next 2 digits are the number of years since the Cubs won the pennant. It had been 71 years and now it's "00".

The last 3 digits (I remember when it was just 2 LOL) are the number of years since the Cubs won the World Series. It had been 108 years and it will be set to "000" soon!

Same robin, same. Mitch 100% totally spent. Was close to 6 when I went to bed, and he was still up. I am living off coffee lol. On the up side I was there to get extra newspapers when they were delivered to Walgreen's!

Just popping in to say congrats to the Cubs. It was a great series and, while disappointed our Indians couldn't get that last win, our city is so proud of the way they kept fighting back.

Last night was pretty amazing - heck, if it had gone much longer past the 10th, it's very likely we'd be finishing this tonight, since some really heavy storms rolled through right after the game was over.
