My son was just married at Disney in August and used Chair Caddy Orlando. They had silver chiavari chairs with silver cushions. Only $5 per chair and they were very easy to deal with. Since there were 135 guests at the wedding, it was worth it. PM me if you need more details.

Does Disney Charge for bringing in your own chairs? I would like to use this company. But I can't recall if DIsney charges for the use of this outside vendor.

Disney doesn't charge you for using an outside vendor unless it's a band or a DJ. However, Disney prohibits the use of outside vendors at all but indoor convention center venues.

We had them through Disney. They were $9 or $9.50/chair I believe. The ballroom chairs are ugly and I didn't even think twice about upgrading.
